Keep track of your clean days
You can do so by using the apps mentioned above or by creating a checklist for yourself.
Have a printed calendar? Even better, mark each day off.

Replace it with something good
Keep your mind off of the habit you wish to break by doing something else with your time.
Go outside and take deep breaths.
Get down and do 3 pushups.
Work with a reward system
This can help you keep yourself accountable. Reflect on the things you enjoy and reward yourself with that.
This would work best on a milestone basis - 1 week, 1 month, etc.
Be patient with yourself
Breaking habits tend to take, but they can also be challenging. This is why it is essential in your journey to be patient with yourself.
