  • Download app

There are plenty of wonderful apps out there ready to help you! Apps like these help you keep track of the habits you wish to quit and send you motivational messages.

  • Keep track of your clean days

You can do so by using the apps mentioned above or by creating a checklist for yourself.

Have a printed calendar? Even better, mark each day off.

  • Replace it with something good

Keep your mind off of the habit you wish to break by doing something else with your time.

Go outside and take deep breaths.

Get down and do 3 pushups.

  • Work with a reward system

This can help you keep yourself accountable. Reflect on the things you enjoy and reward yourself with that.

This would work best on a milestone basis - 1 week, 1 month, etc.

  • Be patient with yourself

Breaking habits tend to take, but they can also be challenging. This is why it is essential in your journey to be patient with yourself.

These are only a few options, there are plenty more out there that could work better for you.

I wish you the best of luck in this journey, you can do this!
